Rubin's foster mother sent this brown puppy home with him. Puppies are big in our house... Theo has had Spunky since he was 5 days old, and Emmett has Puddles, or "Pup-Pup", his first Christmas gift.
These doggies have long been our boys' lovies.
This brown doggie, complete with matted-down fur and a fraying tag, is definitely special to Rubin. Before he came home, I started shopping for his puppy, his lovey dog.
Little did I know, he'd already found him in Korea.

That is too sweet! A wonderful family tradition.
see? he was meant to be a samson boy...so sweet.
awww, what a sweet sleeping baby boy!!! i can't resist a peacefully sleeping babe - i HAVE to touch, squeeze, cuddle, and ultimately WAKE them.
So sweet!! And what a great photo!
Oh, is that precious!
I often wonder what Josiah's lovey will be....if he'll be attached to the one we sent him or if he already has one of his own. Can't wait to find out!
Oh my gosh! I can't believe his lovey turned out to be a dog after you had been shopping for one to carry on the tradition. So meant to be. I like the names for each one too!
