I made the call...

... and we were P3 on April 14th!! (This means that our paperwork, or our "Packet 3", was sent from the Embassy to SWS- Rubin's orphanage- on the 14th.)

Now, from what I can tell, it has been taking about 2 weeks for a visa interview to be scheduled after this point. Once Rubin has his visa interview, we can travel.

2 weeks from April 14th = April 28th.

Oh, boy!!

Things really seem to be moving along--I'm so happy for you and can't even imagine how you must be feeling. Can't wait for you to bring him home so we can all meet him!
