- December 5, 2008- submitted Foster Licensing application.
- November 25, 2008- A.I.A.A. accepted official application.
- November 15, 2008- submitted formal application to A.I.A.A.
- November 13, 2008- final homestudy meeting.
- November 12, 2008- autobiographies completed.
- October 30, 2008- second homestudy meeting.
- October 22, 2008- received formal application from A.I.A.A.

- October 1, 2008- submitted pre-application to Americans for International Adoption and Aid

hilarious. and embarrassing. he bought two packages of brand new hanes white t-shirts for the trip. and he wore one every single day. you know dave, my king of fashion.
hey, at least they were new. i could tell from how bright they were. my joey would be right alongside dave, you know. what a treat to have it be just the two of you for 8 days and nights. a reminder that before theo, emmett and now rubin...it was just the two of you. and, you're both still there. love you. xo

Well, Jessica, before Theo, Emmett, and Rubin, and before Emily and Dave, and before all the other kids and grandkids, it was just the four of their parents, hanging around. And their still hanging around.
